Whether you're hunkered down at the Hole-in-the-Wall, punching cows off the mountain, or hitting the steeps in Jackson, this Amber is for you. With a recipe from our award winning Outlaws Jeremy Tofte and Kirk McHale out of Jackson, the Outlaw pours a dark copper colour with a dense, pillowy head. The malt bill includes a thoughtful lineup of 2-row, C60, C120 and chocolate malt for flavour and colour, and Dextrapils for body and head retention. Following Kirk's philosophy of letting the malt speak for itself, the Outlaw is lightly hopped with high alpha Bravo hops early on and Mount Hood for aroma later in the boil. Try an Outlaw!
