A golden, Munich-style lager. The accent is on the malt. Medium-bodied and very smooth.

Sampled on tap at Taps on 7/10/2010 from a 2 oz sampler. This helles pours a light gold color from the tap. The aroma is caramel, biscuty, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied helles. The malts are fruity and sweet, with a hint of bready malts. The hops are herbal. Nice balance. Nice summer bird. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

This brew pours yellow colored. The nose is very malty. The flavor is light bodied with some malty sweetness. It doesn't have much in the way of hoppiness.

Straw colored brew. Nose is very malty almost biscuity. Light bodied with a toast like flavor. Dry finish with just a hint of hoppiness.
