Great looking beer - if you like pale golden types. Creamy mouthfeel with citrussy notes from all of those lovely hops. Easy drinking beer from which I didn't want to switch. Great beer now sadly no longer with us.

Not sure how or why this listed as being brewed by "Whitstable", since every bottle I've seen from Swale has come from the now-closed Swale Brewery -- with Archers said to resurrect certian brands later on.
Anyway, not a whole lot going on here. Very carbonated when I opened it (i.e. foam oozing out the neck after popping the bottle cap), but then next-to-no carbonation in the beer that ends up in my glass. Zero head, too. And considering that this looks like urine, that's not a good thing to have it sans bubbles. Dull aroma, too.
A bit of a fruity/apricot/Magic Hat #9-thing going on in the flavor profile. Not bad, actually -- very quenching. A bunch of Goldings in this one, would be my bet.
A little sour in the finish though, but not too bad. Has a slight "unfinished" feel to it, that is emphasized by the complete lack of fizz, IMO.
Overall, not sure how old this bottle is, or in what kind of shape it's in. And with this brewery out of business (and thus, this version of this beer also by-the-wayside), I guess it doesn't really matter much any more. An interesting idea, but with flawed in execution.
Music: Venom's "In League With Satan".

Poured from the bottle a light amber with a hoppy nose and refreshing hoppy taste. The carbonation made it refreshing and not too heavy. The color was lighter than I have seen in many other pale ales but had a good flavor that was very pleasent
