The grapefruit juice gives this Radler (cyclist beer) a natural cloudiness and a citrusy note. This leads to a juicy, fruity taste with a refreshing finish.

Canned, but this did not detract from the enjoyment. Yellow pour, some haze, and a petite white head. Tangy citrus aroma, and so was the flavour. Mouthfeel better than expected. Refreshing, but I'd not make a habit of these.

Didnt have high hopes for this so i bought a single 16.9 oz. can. Aromas and flavors of grapefruit, but what i like was that it wasnt overly sweet, or watery. In fact it was blended quite well, very nice balance between the flavors. Overall its the best Radler/ shandy i have tried so far.

I picked this up at Wine Gourmet in Roanoke, VA as part of my New Year's line-up. I had this beer between a stout and a big lager. Not only was this beer spritzy and refreshing, it was an outstanding palate cleanser. The beer smelled like a grapefruit and tasted like a spritzer. Effervescent and clean. A nice beer (really ... no, not really a beer, more like a spritzer) - will be great in the summer.

I tried this on a summer evening and the first half of the pint was refreshing, but rather strong on the grapefruit taste, and got stronger as I drank it. My beer buddy gave me a splash of his berry beer towards the end and enabled me to finish it. The colder the better, and this is one to mix with red fruit beers.

16 oz can, 40/60 blend. Pretty much straight up grapefruit juice but less acidic and a little more approachable. Quite refreshing if a one trick pony... Gotta up my score based on sheer summertime enjoyment. Picking this over higher rated beers in my fridge more than once.

Pours out like a cloudy glass of water. The aroma is all grapefruit and it smells good. The mouthfeel is thin because I just don't think this is really a malt beverage. The taste is very refreshing and a great pallet cleanser.

The beer pours out a metallic hazed yellow colour with a very short lived white frothy head. Aroma is grapefruit, with some grains and musty hops in the background. Mouthfeel is (surprisingly) medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is strongly grapefruit with notes of a grainy lager type brewed beverage in the background. Quite refreshing, but one is enough. -

Had a glass at The Town Crier, Toronto. Served in a tall thin glass. No head whatsoever. Has an appearance of actual grapefruit juice. Very cloudy/hazy. Big grapefruit aromas are immediate with some strong citrus hops following. Very sweet and tangy citrus flavours and again, the grapefruit is quite noticeable. Has an astringent and mild warming mouthfeel. Slight sourness. Very tangy in the finish as well. Not too bad.

I generally don't take to these fruit mixer cooler type drinks but this one really was naturally flavourful and truly refreshing. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a small cap that does not last, very effervescence, peppery mouth feel, light and dry with a decent natural citrus and malt aroma. Flavour is a balanced mix of fruit juice and beer tastes with vry low hop presence- clean crisp dry finish with a touch of fructose sweetness at the end.

Single can from the LCBO. Pours a lemonade-looking style, but with a little white bubble head, average retention and minimal lace. Beautiful fresh citrus aromas with the grapefruits in the forefront. You can feel the natural zest. The taste is a little more on the sweet side, but not like a cooler, with the nice balance of mild sourness. 50% beer, 50% grapefruit juice... this is quite refreshing and really good because there is not sugar added. Just the natural sweet from the two goodness together. Could have many of these on a warm summer night.
