Named after Amber Jack the fish, "Jack" the Mongoose Junction Cat, and "Jack Ryder" our Artist's Rachel's Dog. Our amber is a great session beer with a light roasted biscuit maltiness with notes of chocolate. A nice mild hop finish rounds off this beer which ends smooth and slightly dry. A favorite among locals.
