Clear amber with light brown foam head, staying and lacing. Aroma is caramel but hopy aroma’s are there too. Taste si quite bitter for an amber, little caramel. Surprisngly good beer. (Salt Lakr City 201308)

Big, nice surprise from Squatters. I have tried a few of thier beers, all o.k. but nothing outstanding. Big nice hop aroma greets me with citrus, and pine, with the sweet caramel and biscut coming out after a bit.Flavor is about the same, but in reverse:) The caramel malts are the feature, but the hops do bring a nice balance. Mouthfeel is smooth and slightly stickey. Overall a rather nice amber.

Kinda shocked I'm the first on BP to rate this mofo. Big amber. Bigger than I would've imagined. A little boozified, but no complaining here. Slightly cloudy, well carbonated. Some molasses, caramel sweet something or another notes. But hops are fuerte. Present, in you face, kick your ass and then mellow out lets get outta here.
