A spicy, hoppy pale ale. A light copper colour, clear, with a tan head. Aroma is malty, light fruits, with floral hops. The flavour is refreshingly balanced between the malty grains and the hops.

Exactly what a pale ale should be - nothing more - nothing less. Drawn a hazy light orange/copper with almost no head, but decent lacing... perhaps could have been better in a full pint, but I just couldn't do it. All of the pale all requisite qualities in a nicely balanced beer, but alas - uninspiring.

Stopped in at the brewpub for a quick pint, and this was the current cask offering. Was offered a sample taste before ordering a full pint. Hand pumped into a standard pint glass. Hazy, organge / copper color, with a short and creamy white head. Low carbonation, but still left thin strips of lacing. Nice pale ale aromas with grapefruit and pine. Flavor fits the bill very well, lots of hops, citrus and grapefruit. Good body, nice bitter finish. Very well done.

Grapefruit/orange aroma of cascades with a touch of sweet malt. Copper color with some haze toppe off with white head staying around. Well carbonated and coating. Mildly harsh cascade bitterness that isn't unpleasant, but noticible. I like this one.
