Our Pale is an aggressively hopped, with immense overtones of grapefruit and tangerine wrapped in a delicately refined body of pale barley and wheat.

Pours out in a clear golden colour with a low creamy white foam. Fresch fruity hop aroma of peaches, passion-fruit, grapefruit and gooseberries. Medium-bodied with with fresh hoppy notes of blond grapefruit, flowers and lemon. Fresh and aromatic medium-bitter finish of flowers and lemon. Simplistic yet tasty.

Another clear golden beer from the fine people in Jamestown, New York. A nice white creamy cap tops this one off nicely. The aroma is citrusy hops, pine, and some caramel malt. The flavour is more of the same with the malt making a bigger mark than in the aroma. Grapefruit hops still dominate.

Wow - great pale ale. I've had IPAs that weren't this defined with their flavor profiles. Pours a deep straw color with a tight medium white head and massive lacing throughout drinking. Aromas of pine, grapefruit, and slight floral hops with a slight sweet malt. Taste is pine and grapefruit hops bitter with an offset of slightly sweet malts. Great APA - seek this one out.
