Our Top Hat is an English style amber ale brewed with hops that impart aromatic notes of fruit and earthiness. Made with our own Snowman crystal malt that endow a taste of sweet caramel, Top Hat perfectly balances saccharine biscuit and bold earthy flavours.

The beer pours a hazed brown with red edges and a thin bubbly light tan coloured head. The aroma was caramel, plums, grains, and spices. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was light caramel, grains, and some acidic notes. For a gluten free beer, this was quite good.
