We use light Crystal malt with Two-row Pale, Munich and Aromatic malts to give Copperhead Pale Ale a slightly toasty flavor and deep gold color. Cascade hops add just the right amoutn of aroma and dryness for a clean, bright ale that pairs well with most foods.

I thoroughly enjoyed this pale ale. Poured a rich, almost red copper color with a thick, frothy head and nice lacing. The aroma was full of scents I'm not familiar with, but it was sweet. It had a slightly hoppy taste and a smooth finish.

Orange gold color, slightly cloudy, medium head. A medium bodied American Pale Ale. Malty and fairly aggressively hopped. Nice flavor, a slight citrus taste. Good balance. Smooth. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is malty and slightly bitter.

This beer is average for a Pale Ale. The aroma was of grapefruit and a hint of hop. The flavor was also of grapefruit and other citrus oils with a slight hop bitterness. It finished with a balance of citrus, fruit and nuts.
