Hatch is a Pale Ale that packs in a lot of the hop flavour and aroma you would expect from an IPA, without all the alcohol. It has a very soft and fruity aroma that leads into a fresh citrusy taste and finishes dry with a moderate bitterness. Brewed with 100% Ontario malts.

The beer pours a hazed gold with a generous, albeit short-lived white head. Lacing is decent. The aroms ia grassy malt, tropical fruit notes, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, with average carbonation. The flavour is grassy malt, tropical fruit sweetness, and mild bitter finish.

Slightly hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, decent stay and some foamy spots of lacing. Citrus nose with orange juices, lemon peel and straw malt in the background. The mouthfeel is wet, juicy with a touch of dryness in the finish. Mild citrus zest in the flavours. Gets hazier as it pours. A good hazy, juicy Pale Ale that is fairly mild, but effective.
