So be it - Ainsi soit-il.

    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

Hazy, golden-yellow colour with a bunch of floating particles that do not go to the bottom. A frothy-bubbly head, and some of it coming out the can as well. Long lasting and leaving some good foamy lacing clouds. Lemon zest aromas with oranges that come out, and hints of vanilla-oats. After breathing some more, vinous white wine nose and gooseberries do come out. A smooth mouthfeel, not too thick with a drying finish. Light tart is left on the tongue. Some nice lemon peel flavours adding to the dryness, mild bitterness. Quite a nice, smooth, almost silky Pale Ale that is hazy, juicy, citrusy and drying.
