The classic American-style Pale Ale (pronounced 'polly-olly'), the flagship of the 2nd brewery in Alaska. Originally formulated by Ike Kelly of Bird Creek Brewery infamy, and now reformulated by the beer stooges at the Silver Gulch Brewery. Dry-hopped with a fruity yeast character and a clean, malty body. Girdwood will never be the same again.

Light copper, clear, in color. Big, soupy head. Bit of pine resin aroma, touch of malt. Bright, citrusy flavor in front, fairly malty middle and a bracingly bitter finish.
