2018 Description This pale ale marries the best of American and English styles to create a well-balanced, easy-drinking pale ale. The malt forwardness gives way to an American hop finish with caramel notes and tropical fruit aromas. 2014 Description A North America Pale Ale that marries the best of traditional English and modern American pale ale styles. Pours a hazy light golden-amber colour with some particles running through it. A warm frothy cap with good retention and good lacing. Nice graimy cereal malt aromas with some soft hops. Bread malt taste with some hints of caramel and light hops in the finish. Decent bitterness, but not much dryness as everything seems watered down. Lots of caramel comes out in the nose after breathing. Good as a refreshing Pale Ale.

The beer pours a translucent golden orange with a generous bubbly off-white head. The aroma is weak citrus, grass, and light caramel notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is light grass, light citrus, and a strong burnt caramel. Not a fan.

Pours an average size foamy white head and has a pale golden appearance. Fairly thick dirty lacing. Aromas of grains, toasty and bready malts, herbal and floral hops. Flavours are mostly malty with strong citrus hop notes. Some bready malt, light spice and resin hops as well. Nice and smooth mouthfeel with a crisp bitterness on the palate. Lively carbonation.
