This porter pours a black colour with red highlights. Its head is brown-beige, huge, has great retention and lacing. Powerful molasses aroma with notes of coffee and chocolate. Thin-bodied and watery. Taste of 2 day old coffee (which is not a problem for me, as I drink my coffee a week late sometimes). Roasted malt, molasses and a little sourness found in the flavours. Not bad at all, and more on the molasses side than the coffee and chocolate.

Bottle: Poured a clear black color porter with a big foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of light dry coffee and some overcooked vegetables. Taste consists of semi-dry-coffee with some light black chocolate and some DMS which is shame. Body is definitely too thin for the style with some great carbonation. Definitely not a big success from my point of view.
