The beer poured a hazy orange-pink with a thin white head. The aroma is primarily grapefruit, but some wheat and hops does come through. The mouthfeel is thin, but not quite watery, with medium carbonation. The flavour is as described, a grapefruit laden hefeweizen.

pours a hazy orange color, medium head that vanishes very soon, small lace, very weird color for a beer. Aroma of sweet citrus orange and grapefruit, spices. The taste is not overwhelmingly grapefruit, but that is definitely the loudest tone. There is some hefe presence back there as well. Medium body, palate is a bit sour. Note I can't stand grapefruit, so that's part of why rating is way it is.

In the bottle it is hazy, barely translucent orange shading darker towards the bottom. Malt aroma has a strong grapefruit overtone. Flavor is mainly grapefruit, almost more a grapefruit soda than a beer, but still tasty and agreeable. It is surprisingly sweet for a grapefruit beer. Mouthfeel features typical body and fizz. Overall, OK.

Sampled on 9/15/2015. This fruit beer pours a cloudy orange/grapefruit color from a 500ml can. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is grapefruit juice fruity and sweet. A light to medium bodied fruit beer. The malts are cereal and sweet. The hops(?) are herbal and slightly spicy. Lots of grapefruit flavors, a touch on the sweet side, but very pleasant. The grapefruit flavors are slightly tart and its not very sweet overall. A very refreshing drink, not sure if its entirely beer, but on a warm summer evening its very refreshing. I would drink this one again. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Not a world class beer by any standard, but enjoyable tart and sweet, and DEFINITELTY has it’s place during the hot summer months. Cold and refreshing.

Pours out a watery looking unfiltered looking brew with no head. Smells like a malty glass full of grapefruit. The mouthfeel is thick and rich. The taste is wheat, lemon, grapefruit, cloves and malt.

Had on tap at the Town Crier, Toronto. Pours a frothy head and has a cloudy golden/orange appearance. Weak lacing. Very nice grapefruit aromas, really fruity. Fruity flavours are abundant, but with very subtle grapefruit notes. Medium bodied. Pretty good and reminiscent of the Stiegl Radler.

A dull, cloudy orange-pink in color with a big loosely bubbled soapy textured white head rising above. There was a decent hang time on the head. A moderate sized ringlet is left. The profile is grapefruir, more dominate in the nose and with a little bready malt added in the tasting. Light and refreshing.

Ok I'll be honest here i have no intention of pouring this in to a glass or taking longer then one minute to drink it, because when you got a classy beer like this you need to show it respect. Looks cloudy pink to almost orange but neither one really. You can smell the hefe base with hints of wheat and yeast but then a huge candied grape fruit and oranges land on your face like a fat chick on a drunk skinny guy. Taste is the same!! Wow is this easy to drink, and a perfect thirst quencher for my 30° basement. Sweet but not sickly sweet, clean and crisp. Oranges and grapefruit in a pop like way. I lied it took me 3 minutes to drink. Was this a beer?!? I think it was......

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, with mediumsized whhite head that vanishes quite quickly. Aroma is grapefruit, some wheat, mild paperyness. Flavour is being quite much the same in a nice balance. Grapefruit and wheatbeer do mix quite well together.

Purchased at the LCBO as a one batch deal, and now discontinued for them. Best before date written is 02.04.09. Comes in a clear bottle, 330ml. Pours a light grapefruit juice colour (pink-beige-white and cloudy) with a white head that creates no lacing at all. Definitely a grapefruit smell. Crisp and really refreshing mouthfeel. I do find, unlike most, that the taste is what they wanted to create. A nice blend between the hefeweizen and a fruit beer. The grapefruit juice is apparent a first but then the weizen grains show up in the finish. Again, really refreshing and pleasant.
