500 ml capped bottle, as a 4.9 % ABV. Poured in a bavarian seidla a gushing and unfiltered, strong hazy, almost opaque straw-yellow coloured Helles with a two fingers slight beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is moderate malts, flowery hops and pronounced notes of hay and barnyard. The flavour is moderate malts, yeast, grainy, cereals, straw, floral hops and fruity tones, citrus. The mouthfeel is light crispy, round and hoppy bitter. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Helles has a dry floral hoppy bitter finish. An easy drinkable and quite pleasant brew, if lacking of more stuff, from the Nürnberg city.
