From growler brought from head brewer, Dave Ohmer, to the Knoxville Craft Beer Week meeting. Deep brown, near-black pour, tight tan head, nice lacing. Nose of rich dark and milk chocolates, roasted malts, medium bourbon - not at all overpowering, very chocolatey and light bourbon flavor too. Excellent local one off offering. Glad to get to have a few pints of this one.
