We are excited to announce that we have hired Dave Ohmer as our new Head Brewer, and that he has spent the past several weeks revamping our brewing system, getting us ready to get back to our roots — brewing high-quality, locally-sourced English-style ales. As production ramps back up with Head Brewer Dave at the helm, we’ll be having a few changes at the Quarry for the month of May — call it “Friends Month.” As we’re ordering our grains and getting our yeasts, we want to know what your favorite beers are. So, in addition to a few taps of the “old” Marble City, Dave has picked out several of his favorite beer styles and brands, and for May, we’ll be carrying them in the Quarry.
