The variety of malts in this beer contribute flavors of cocoa, coffee, toffee, and slight vanilla to create a wonderful roasted yet balanced beer. This gorgeous mahogany porter has a roasty and chocolate aroma. The beer is complemented by slight citrus and earthy notes from the US and UK hops

This is a nice resemblance of the style. I liked the 2nd sample better than the first. Flavors of roasted dark chocolate malts...on the bitter side. Black appearance with a dark brown head. Texture could be a tad creamier. Has characteristics of both European and American Porter, but I'd say leans more towards one that you'd get in the UK.

A deep black colored beer with a very big frothy textured brown head rising robustly above. There's excellent hang time on the head. Thick clingy film and ringlet are left. A dry roastiness with some licorice. A robust creamy body. Great job.
