Sept. 2012: 355 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. ABV is 6.0%. Beautiful crimson colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Pleasant and complex aroma of fruity hops and sweetish malts, hints of orange marmalade and ripe berries, The flavour is distinctly hoppy and fruity throughout, on a firm malty base. Even better than I expected!

Nice deep clear amber pour with a modest head and ample lacing. Slightly sweet caramel malts followed by some pine and grapefruits hops. Nice bitter in initial taste with a earthy pine and citrus hops presence balanced with the slightly sweet malts. Dry and moderate bitter finis

Nothing special about this brew but it is very drinkable. Could be a session ipa. After quite a few Guinness and a couple of Irish it still goes down well with cheese and crackers. Good stuff.

Pours a large frothy light brownish head that gives off thick dirty lacing. Has a clean amber appearance. Aromas of citrus and floral hops. Flavours are pretty bitter, spiced citrus hops, oranges and coriander. Notes of sweet malts such as toffee and light caramel. Medium bodied. Lively carbonation. mild warming sensation. Tingling mouthfeel. Bitter aftertaste, not offensive. Not too bad, but nothing special.

Pours a deep amber- gold with a decadent cap that lasts well. Aroma is demure but relatively complex with fruit, citrus, floral, musty with bready and sweet malt aromas. Medium bodied with a sturdy mouth feel. Flavor is rich with hops and malts in near balance, robust hop amalgam rides just above the ample malt, clean medium duration finish with increasing bittering. Of the 3 import US IPAs I tried tonight this one is the best. SA has a dedication to a well put together flavourful product.

In the fall asst. This is a good IPA, but there is something...like...acidic in there that I find unsettling. I like the spiciness a lot. Little bit of grass in the aroma. Ever-so-slight caramel notes on the tongue. My glass is emptying out a lot faster than I would like...Why are there only two of these in the box?!?

Part of the Harvest/Fall pack of 2012. An above average, if not fantastic IPA no matter how you slice it. Wonderful aroma, solid hop profile with a minimalistic approach to the malts, which I loved. The 2 bottles I had went pretty quick. This could stand up pretty well to some of the great IPA's out there. -

Nice IPA right here. Copper pour with a thin off white head which went away quickly. Fair amount of lace left on the glass. Really nice blend of hops and malt. Possibly my favorite IPA.

Dark yellow (light brown) with off white foam head lacing to glass. Arome is hoppy, taste is strong bitter with some citrus and earth tones. Long lasting nice strong bitter aftertaste. Good beer. (Houston 201208)

Aroma is as much malty as it is hoppy, and has an overtone of honey-sweet apple. It pours a dark, slightly hazy coppery amber with a thick, fluffy and persistent pale tan head. Flavor has firm hoppy and malty notes with an undertone of caramel and subtle bitter and apple notes, plus just a touch of sweetness that balances the hop bitterness. Tasty! Firm, lively texture has a decent amount of fizz and leaves a hoppy, fruity, slightly malty finish.
