COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Amber, smooth, and resinous, this ale was inspired by our exploration of Australian hops. We discovered that their rugged, spicy and piney character brightened a back-bone of roasted caramel malts, creating a beer with surprising depth and smoothness.

Pours clear honey-golden with a thick, if not too persistent, buff head. Aroma delivers woody spice, caramel and evergreen tones. Flavor features resiny hops, caramel, clove and toasted malt character, quite enjoyable - a mouthful of fall. Mouthfeel offers typical but serviceable body and fizz. Mahogany pour with a thick and dense tan head. Very nice amount of lace. Floral/citrus aroma with pine as well. Mildly crisp and hoppy taste. Very nice beer for this cooler time of year.

I loved this beer - it may be the best of the Sammy Adams's line-up. This was a beer similar to Troegs Nugget Nectar. Red/amber ale with high hop profile. The beer was hoppy but easy and refreshing. Loved this - great autumn beer. Will look forward to this beer annually.
