Tides of the Reef Room is our ever changing series of pale ales (low tide) and ipas (high tide). Each beer will highlight a certain hop, yeast, or treatment that will never be the same twice. Our first batch is an American Pale Ale. The malt characteristics are toned down and the northern brewer, colombus, and uk golding hops can shine through. This beer is aggressively dry hopped and has grassy initial flavor with a tropical fruit finish.

A pale golden colored beer with a big frothy textured, off white head rising above, There's good hang time on that head. A thin ringlet is left. A floral, tropical nose. Tropical and acetic citrus in tasting. Refreshing enough. Crisp and effervescent.
