With this beer we went all in on thiols. In very short words it’s Natural organic compounds that smells really good! We pulled several tricks to get a new, fruity aroma to complement the hops in this beer. But it remains to see if it was a pipe dream or not. Cheers for the never-ending chase for the perfect beer!

440 ml can, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Cloudy yellow colour, large white head. Aroma of citrus and various tropical fruits. Citric mouthfeel and flavour, also hints of tropical fruits and sprucetips. A moderate bitterness in the aftertaste. Good beer.
