Ale brewed with Jasmine and Jasmine added like a dry hop Jasmine Ale: This mysterious ale calls upon centures of brewing and human intrigue with natural herbs. In days gone by, these beers were conjured up for many reasons and occasions. Folks consumed various natural herbs in many forms, and beer was one. It was thought the these herbs had qualities that complemented everyday life. Today's connoisseur is finding that a swing back to the way it used to be is a natural cycle of life. Some of our modern ways could use a little tweaking and taking a step back into the world of Herbs is a great way to start. Enjoy this amber ale with nice malt sweetness and just a hint of Jasmine and hops. Enjoy! Matt

    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and no lacing. Aroma consists of caramel malt with some very subtle notes of jasmine and some floral hops. Taste is also dominated by some medium full caramel malt with some very subtle jasmine and some floral and lightly bitter hops. I would have expected more dominant jasmine notes but still very enjoyable and easily quaffable.
