Hand crafted in our Canadian-owned "Cottage Brewery" using only the finest barley malt, water, yeast and hops, the world has to offer. This unique version of our award-winning "Red Ale" has been coarse filtered to allow just the right amount of yeast and hop goodness to act as a natural perservative, enhancing its smooth rich flavour and sharp fruity finish. This fine ale is produced as beer was centuries ago, naturally carbonated, resulting in a fine sediment, which can be left in the bottom of the bottle when poured carefully or used as an ideal topping on the white creamy head.
