Our signature beer is a flavorful amber-colored ale brewed with malted and caramelized barley and balanced with four types of hops for bitterness and aroma. This bittersweet medium-bodied light copper-colored beer is great 'ale' of the time.

On tap in West Bend: Pours a clear amber with virtually no head. Little to no lacing. Caramel and lots of malt on the nose as well as taste. Too much malt, and an unbalance in hops. Not a very good taste.

A dark amber color with a persistent, creamy off-white head. A light non-descript nose and sweet toffee flavors. Caramel malt and low hop presence. No real finish. A non-offensive brew but nothing special.
