Gotta agree with m' learned friend here. There should be masses of reviews of this beer. Excellent porter fruit/coffee notes. Perfect autumnal beer complimenting the smell of fallen leaves. Dark beer ruby red when held against the light. Sadly I have drunk my last as Greene King have taken over TD Ridley and ceased production of all Ridley's beers. RIP witchfinder porter

I'm suprised no one else has reviewd this!! Sweet! The pour is a typical dark porter appearance with notes of dried fruit, light roastiness, and a bit of anise. A rather light body with hops, dried fruit, bread and some coffee flavor going on. Very well balanced and incredibly drinkable. An excellent example of a porter.
