Beautiful deep amber color to the beer - easily the best aspect of this beer overall, let alone in the appearance category. Aroma was decent and had an oak note - like being in woodshop. Flavor was a good mixture of hops and malt - certainly expected a bit more from a winter ale - not sure how it differed from their everyday ale. Finish was bitter and long lasting. Overall good beer, but nothing to write home about - looks better than it tastes.

Beer is good, if you like the big boys (exp. Bud). Company out of buisness, save the RHINOS.
