Milk stout brewed with organic chai spices. Dark chocolate notes combine with an exotic blend of ginger, cardomam, black pepper, coriander, and cinnamon, which is softened by the milky sweetness of lactose.

    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

Pours opaque coffee brown with a fairly thick and rather fine-bubbled tan head. Spicy, almost gingerbread aroma reaches across the room to grab your nose. When you get closer, you pick up cardamom, as well as roast malt and chocolate notes. Flavor is not quite what the aroma promised, but still pleasing, rolling roast malt, coffee, and chocolate notes across the palate with subtle cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon tones in attendance. Texture is fairly fizzy but rather thin for a stout. If not quite divine, still a re-moo-kable brew.
