Our Railcar Red is a great session beer that incorporates both domestic and German malts, American hops, and British yeast. A combination of barley, wheat, and rye imparts deep caramel notes with hints of roast malt layered over complex grain flavors. The nose of this ale has a light stone-fruit notes from the yeast and a slight bitterness level. This ale is slightly carbonated and should be drunk fresh.
