pretty clean and crisp. nothing special, but it's definitely drinkable and enjoyable under the right circumstances. not good enough to buy off the shelf, though.

5.20.03 12oz bottle. Light and almost herbal but not far removed from High Life or something like that. It’s a bready, crisp, refreshing, grassy lager that only somewhat resembles a pilsener.

Medium gold color, large head. A medium bodied pilsner. Hops are spicy and noticeably bitter. Good flavor. Nice mild malts. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Nice flavorful pilsner.

A medium head on top of a pale gold colored body. Slight vanilla and some orange in the light aroma. Taste is full for the style. Some malt and a full mouthfeel. A little citrus and some slight bitterness. A pleasant surprise.

I was not expecting much from this one. After pouring the dirty yellow beer with a weak head and average aroma, my expectations got even lower. Each sip didn't start impressive, but the malty / yeasty finish was quite pleasant. I'd return to this one if I'm in the mood for a light beer. Actually seemed comparable to your corner American microbrewery light beer out there.

The appearance is of a deep golden coloured beer that is slightly hazy.Good carbonation is present. It has a slight pure white head. The beer has a very sweet malty aroma for a pilsner, though the hops can be detected in the background. This beer surprised me with its taste, a nice honey sweet, fresh hoppy taste a very nice pilsner in my opi ion great sweetness with a well balanced small bitter "kick" at the end. Feels very nice on the tongue..not cloying and not too dry like some pilsners I have had..very nice. A most drinkable pilsner..will have again.

It's hard to get real excited about trying another lager. This one surprised me; it was actually good. It didn't have that usual Pils stinch, but rather notably hearty grains and a spring-fresh grassy quality. Taste is balanced and again, better than the average Lager. I tasted a hint of honey sweetness in the finsh. Light and smooth. A good session beer.

Sampled from bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin white head abd remarkable lacing. Aroma is sour and lemony. Slightly bitter and has an odd tangy flavor. Grass and citrus also play a big role in the flavor. Light-bodied and smooth. I'd choose a Blue Paddle Pilsner over this next time I reach for a domestic pilsner style lager.

Pours nicely with a hazy appearance and nice foamy white head. this is beer. Ahhh, smells like a pilsener should, nice a bready. Taste leaves a lot to the imgaination, however. Needs a little work. Palate is like someone kicked me in the teeth. Not the best offering from this fine brewery.
