This sweet stout is inspired by the classic New Orleans dessert. Featuring Bananas Foster coffee from Bones Coffee Company, it has notes of flambéed bananas topped with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and dark rum sauce topped with vanilla ice cream. We added even more cinnamon and pureed banana to ensure that the banana flavor is the star.

Pours opaque dark chocolate with a thick and fairly persistent tan head. Aroma offers - woo hoo hoo, serious sweet chocolate, plus roast malt, banana, vanilla, coffee, and a hint of cinnamon. Flavor delivers roast malt, chocolate, brown sugar, banana, vanilla, quality coffee and cinnamon - decadent AF. Texture provides firm, heavy body and peppy fizz. Bananas foster will make you chonky!
