    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

660 ml capped bottle. Poured a light gushing unfiltered and cloudy dark amber-chesnut coloured Ale with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is rich, sweety grainy malts, corn, fruity, citrus, oranges, mandarins, spicy, coriander and herbal notes. The flavour is also rich, grainy, malts, spicy, strong peppery and coriander, tropical fruits and notes of honey. The mouthfeel is a bit oily and quite thin. This light to medium bodied Ale has a dry fruity and spicy finish. A very resfreshing and tasting Ale from Toscana. Bella Italia !
