(5.5% ABV, 26 IBU, 13.8 SRM) Honeysuckle Street Amber Ale is named after the address of our original location in historic Litchfield Park AZ. Pours a deep amber with a white head. Malt forward with a touch of sweetness and light hop bitterness on the finish. Pale Ale Malt base with two varieties of Crystal Malts, White Wheat, Caramunich and a touch of Honey Malt round out the beer.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a near white head of foam leaving behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up spicy hops and floral hops and a light maltiness in the background. The taste is upfront hoppy with a pleasing bite. I get bitter floral and spicy hops. After the hops are mild malts that have a slim sweetness and a faint crystal malt like note.
