The late summer months are "Monsoon Season" in central Arizona and the Haboobs rip through the valley with a dramatic display of Mother Nature's power. We've harnessed that beauty in our Black IPA, Haboob. Generous additions of Columbus, Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe and Amarillo hops create the backbone of this Cascadian Dark Ale. Dry hopped with Cascade, Amarillo and Simcoe ensures a pleasant hop profile against the strong malt backbone of roasted coffee and toffee flavors. A hint of chocolate on the finish rounds out this unique dark brew of bitter hop and malty goodness.
