While this classic American ale puts the focus on smooth bready and caramel malt flavor, it also showcases a bright, citrusy aroma thanks to prolonged dry-hopping with a blend of Pacific Northwest Hops.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear copper body that supports a tan head. The aroma offers up caramel malts, nuttiness and thin whisps of pine to citrus hops. The taste delivers some nice pine to tangerine and grapefruit like hoppiness amid a slightly roasty and caramel like maltiness. To midway the hops manage a wafer thin resiny sensation that goes well with the mild sweet nuttiness that bubbles to the surface. Pretty nice amber.
