A repackaged ale. Cloudy orange-amber colored beer. The head is impressive. Big, frothy, light beige. Good staying time. A thick film and ringlet are what is eventually left. Light maple, toffee nose. A balanced flavoring in the tasting. Maple, caramel and light citric hops. The body is light but creamy.

    12oz bottle -

This is the first beer where I got a full-on blast of maple goodness. Not sure how they got it there, but it was as strong and pronounced as a maple doughnut. One-dimensional but this aroma really pleases my senses. The maple flavor does carry thru in the flavor as well, but seems a bit overly sweet, even for me. Perhaps that’s the only way to get the maple flavor to carry through? Definitely a good beer and quite suprised.
