500 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery.Poured in the original Papiermühle seidla a clear copper-brown coloured Bock with a one finger slight beige soapy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is caramel malts and a pronounced barnyard. The flavour is toasted and caramel malts. The mouthfeel is sparkling, a bit sweety and sticky and very smooth. The texture is watery. This medium to full bodied Bock has a dry malty finish. A pleasant and easy drinkable seasonal ( May ) Bock from the Uni-City Jena in Thüringen.
