Roger that is a widely known military communications response to confirm that a message has been received. The founder of Overflow knew there was a time to move on from their previous jobs and lifestyle and the day it happened it was a clear message like our EPA. Overflow customers were looking for clean, crisp and easy drinking ale,and we heard that message, loud and clear. Cheers to all of the honourable nationals who serve this fantastic country and to the great human being who had faith in Overflow’s founders, we salute you. Colour: very pale yellow Aroma: hints of apple, straw and an almost vinous characteristic. Taste: base malt-type biscuit/bread like character, with a clean dry finish, high CO2 mouthfeel: no residual aftertaste.

Oh yes, I do like this light ale. Biscuit malt with Pilsner malt light spiciness. Yep, this is a taste I really can enjoy for this style of beer. Aromas of mild spicy notes over the cereal grains. Gets slightly hazy, pale yellow colour with a frothy white cap, average stay and a little lacing. Kind of a light Steam Whistle, but on the ale side of things. I like.

Tall can from the Beer Store. Pours a massive frothy white head and has a pale golden appearance. Thick patchy lacing. Moderate carbonation. Aromas are mostly wheaty, grainy, some subtle yeasty notes, a bit of grassy and some herbal hops as well. Flavours are mostly wheaty, grassy and herbal hops, some mild citrus notes with a bit of pine in the finish. Has a little bit of a soapy like mouthfeel on the palate but not overly offensive. Somewhat of a drying finish. Not too bad.
