The dark amber coloring with a thin layer of lace was attractive in the glass. There wasn't really much of an aroma connected with this beer but the taste was smooth and easy.....very drinkable.

Dark golden color with a small off white head, no lacing. Sweet malt, and slightly spicy aroma, with the taste mirroring the aroma quite perfectly. I am really digging these beer/cheese pairings this brewery does.
