Every spring when the sap flows, we pay homage to my late great grandfather Spike by crafting a special beer. This year's earthy, pale amber ale is crafted with enigmatic crystal malts and finished with cascade hops to create a dry, spicy, floral finish. Enjoy with your pancakes, Spike would have!

On draught at Dexter's: Poured a light and illuminating clear amber colour. Bright for it's taste, lot of sweet notes but complemented well but soft citrus hops through the finish. Pancake, bready and dark malts on the palate. Fairly smooth, and an easy drinking beer.
