Every spring when the sap flows, we pay homage to my late great grandfather Spike by crafting a special beer. This year's earthy, pale amber ale is crafted with enigmatic crystal malts and finished with cascade hops to create a dry, spicy, floral finish. Enjoy with your pancakes, Spike would have!

Pours a semi hazey copper colour with a two finger sized white head. Aroma is pleasently floral, lightly hopped with great citrus qualities. Taste is light, semi acidic with notes of soft spice, pine and caramel. All around great refreshing summertime brew.
