A local take on the classic American Pale Ale! Billy Bob Bison is medium amber in colour, with a grapefruit/tangerine aroma. Flavours of caramel and bread, mixed with a firm hop presence, yet surprisingly very well balanced. A drying hop finish begs for another sip!

Hazy golden-amber colour with a light beige, smaller head and a tiny coat of the brew. Cereal malt aromas with caramel and fruity hints (bananas, apples). Big caramel flavours at first, with the hops showing up in the finish, covering the malts with bitterness. Nicely dry mouthfeel. Maybe not as well balanced between the caramel and the hops, but still a flavourful APA.

Tall can at the South Branch Bistro. Pours a fairly big frothy beige head and has a golden light amber appearance. Thick soapy lacing. Aromas of floral and grassy hops, some mild yeast notes. Flavours are piney, earthy, herbal and a little bit citrusy. Some bitterness on the palate. Smooth and slick mouthfeel.
