If only this had a little more body to it! The mouthfeel is about as smooth and crisp as it gets. I am finding this trait amongst the good APAs. Flavor is decent too. Fresh and organic, but on the thin side. Typical though for the style, which I like for hot spring and summer days. Thought I noticed some pecan or something nutty in the flavor....but could be my mind associating "Peabody" with "Pecans". These are a little pricey for local brew, so not really sampling that many of Orlando's beers...but may start paying the small tax for something local and fresh (Organic Brewery). Curious to try their regular Pale Ale now, which I have been holding off on :(
