I found a growler bottle of Olde Burnside Highland Fling Spring Ale at Marty's liquor. It had a pleasant aroma almost of an IPA. Had a strong bitterness to the brew that overwhelmed any attempt at malty sweet flavor. Not a bad spring ale, but I've had better.

This is a pretty good Spring Pale ale, but it has room for improvement. The bittering hops are a little too intense, and it could use some finishing hops to cover up a little. This is borderlining an IPA. Good malt backbone, a nice fairly dry beer. A little unbalanced, but good none the less. And I love the 1 liter swing top bottles, great for us homebrewers.
