What is our Canadian Pale Ale? It's a beer that is full of flavour yet is highly sessionable. It's inspired by Old Tomorrow and the country he helped create by crafting together the best flavours and ingredients the world has to offer. We combine aromatic and hoppy notes from the New World with the velvety smooth feel of the Old World for a remarkably refreshing and satisfying ale. Upfront aromatic fruit notes entice the nose and provide a gentle hop flavour upfront that blends into a velvety smooth finish. Our CPA combines Canadian Two Row Barley & Rye with Old and New World Hops for a flavourful yet sessionable taste that is delicious and never lingers.

Clear Amber Colour. Very strong attack that is amplified by the bottle. Hoppy on the front of the tongue with a bit of fruit. Bit bitter on the afterbite but not too tsrong. Interesting mouthfeel and taste but a little too hops forward for me.

Can. Colour - a very clear golden-orange colour with a small foaming cap thats cream coloured. Aroma - grains, light caramel, weak citrus and pine, and a little grass. Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - run of the mill APA with notes of caramel in front and citrus in the finish.

Good looking amber coloured beer. With a long lasting head and splodgy lacing. Weak caramel aroma. Good chuggling beer with a flavour of caramel and breaded malts. Mildly fruity and earthy. Smooth with medium carbonation. Not bad.

The shellac or whatever it is on the can is a turn-off, almost made me put it back on the shelf. The beer is clear, amber in colour, with a decent sized head, which is whitish in colour. Heavy caramel atoma, some biscuity notes, and some earthy hops. The taste is very malty, grains aplenty with hints of sweet caramel and bitter citrus. Not something I would try again.

Pours a fairly big frothy off white head and has an amber coppery appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas of bready malts, caramel and earthy hops. Flavours are mostly rye, barley, bready and caramel malts, some bitter like hops, not overly hoppy. Still quite grainy but plenty of flavour. Lively carbonation, medium bodied. Slick and puckering sensation. Not too bad.

The beer pours a translucent orange-copper colour with plenty of effervescence and a frothy light tan coloured head. The aroma is caramel, cereal malt, and light fruity citrus notes. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is light grapefruit, weak caramel, and biscuity malts.

Pours a clean golden-amber colour with a frothy-foamy warm cap that stays a while, leaving some creamy-bubbly lacing. Grainy cereal aromas with mild toffee in the background and hints of fruits. Soapy taste of hop with light cereal malts. A little dryness and bitterness in the mouthfeel. Surprisingly decent for something that does not seem too crazy in all departments. Goes down well and unique enough in the style.
