A mystical legend echoes in our brewhouse - that of St. Lupulin(loop-you-lin) the archetypal hophead. He devoted endless summers to endless rows of hops, tending to the flowers and the beloved resin within - lupulin Extraordinary oils in this yellow resin provide this dry-hopped extra pale ale with an undeniably pleasing floral aroma and clean, crisp finish. One sip of this seasonal summer ale and you too, will believe.

Pours a pale golden orange color. A finger width of head dissipates quickly. Modest Lacing. Aroma is great. Nose is slightly floral with grapefruit, orange, and peach. Taste is full of hoppy fruitiness with a nice clean bitter hop finish. Just a great hoppy fruity flavor throughout. Mouthfeel is great with the perfect amount of carbonation. This isnt what i was expecting.. Thankfully.

Tap version is quite a bit more exciting than the bottle version but I was surprised how well the bottle stacked up. This is much more than a standard APA.

Crisp and clean, yet insanely hoppy for a pale ale. I almost hate to give this many 4+'s to one brewer, but they very much deserve it. Floral and citric, light biscuity malts in the background. Lovely pale ale!

Dark golden amber with a nice sized head. Aroma is very hoppy. Taste is just shy of an ipa but milder. Taste stays with you for a bit. Very good epa. Enjoyed on tap at a kiss concert.

One of my buys from the Twin Cities trip. Why the hell can we not get Odell in Wisc? Bunch of shit I tell you. Crystal clear orange. Very little head, no froth, zero lacing. Sweet honey hop flavors, limes, pine and resin. Aroma is fruit forward, bready and delectable.

Pours a hazy gold with a mediumish white head. Mild citrusy and piney aroma that matches up with the mild bitterness in the taste. Plenty of balance makes this a very easy drinking APA.

Sampled on 9/12/2010. This American Pale Ale pours a light orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, floral and hoppy, with some orange and citrus. A medium bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy and floral. Nice carbonation. Good balance. A milder flavored APA. Perhaps a touch thin but this is a nice summer APA. I could see myself drinking a lot of these on a hot summer day. The beer is a little high in alcohol for a session beer, but life is not without its risks. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean, crisp and a touch dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

It pours a golden color with thin white head and sparse lacing. An aroma of bready malts, floral hops, grapefruit, and some spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of bready malts, hops, grapefruit/citrus, and mild spice. Mmm.. Pretty good!

Poured a hazy, orange gold with a white head and great lacing throughout. At first I thought the aroma was a citrus but the more I noticed and tasted it was more floral than citrus. The flavor had some hops for sure but the floral presence was overpowering. Almost like I was drinking perfume. Certainly not for me.

One of the better brews to come out of this brewery!!!
SMells of hop bomb on the nose with good citrus and pine.. very clean and fresh. Pours Cloudy Gold with a nice fizzy white head that will last.. Medium body with ample carbonation and a clean and crisp finish. Sweet on the front and hoppy on the back. Dry finish that is very balanced.. good pine and citrus flavors... Great offering!!!
