Brewing a complex beer like Driftwood ² is tedious work. We have fermented it for two years in stainless steel and then for a further 5 years in port wine barrels. A process that really brings out the diversified flavours to this beer.

February 2020: Sample from 750 ml bottle at Vectura-messe. Dark reddish brown colour, small head. Moderate but nice aroma, hints of oak and port wine. Lovely smooth flavour, slightly sour, notes of brettanomyces, oak and port wine.
