It pours almost black with a fairly thin light-tan head and copious lacing. An aroma of roasted malts, coffee/espresso, dark chocolate, hops, oranges and citrus, dark fruits - raisin and prune, light molasses, and some spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth and sort of rich. Flavors of roasted malts, hops, coffee/espresso, dark chocolate, citrus, raisin and prunes, some molasses and spices. Outstanding!

Bottle, kindly shared by abemorsten. ABV is 6%. Black colour, moderate to low beige head. Pleasant and harmonious aroma of coffee, chocolate and dark dried fruits, hints of oak. Flavour of coffee without being too "heavy", pleasant to drink (but demands that you like coffee). A very enjoyable beer.

95th percentile may be a little generous for this one. it was nice, but not something i’ll go out of my way to have again. the coffee used is not subtle, which is fine, but the beer behind it is a little thin. the odd sweetness from this particular type of coffee is both unique and off-putting, nicer in the aroma than the flavor. overall, a good but far from great beer.

Bottle: Poured a black color stout with a medium light dirty brown color head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of dry coffee notes with a proper amount of roasted malt notes makes this quiet enjoyable. Taste is also a well balance mix between some dry coffee notes with some roasted malt with a light bitter finish. Body is lighter then average with good carbonation. Well done with great drinkability factor and the right amount of coffee; a fuller body would have provided more enjoyment thought.

Pours a dark sable-brown, almost opaque, with a thick and fairly persistent pale tan head. Aroma is rich and smoky with a strong overtone of fine roast coffee and hints of toffee and chocolate. Flavor fills the mouth with fine coffee that has a firm tone of unsweetened chocolate and hints of toffee and caramel with a good smoky overtone. Flavor is thick, smooth as glass, and just a little fizzy. Satisfying.

The body is dark black with some garnet edges. A 1" frothy tan head that faded pretty quickly. Aroma is mocha/espresso and dark chocolate, though coffee obviously is predominant. Flavor has a nice coffee flavor which blends well with the dark chocolate which turns into a bitter walnut-like finish. A bit of black patent shows up but not in gross amounts. Very nice stout.

Pours out in a black colour with a rich frothy beige foam. Rich aroma of roasted coffee, dark malts, dried fruit and mild smoke. Medium to full-bodied with notes of black coffee, dark chocolate, roasted malts, spices and ,ild pepper. Creamy mouthfeel. Long roasted medium-bitter finish of dark coffee, nougat and dryish spicy hops. Quite delicious!
